To create a waybill, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Make sure you pack the equipment you wish to return carefully. We reserve the right to refuse any parcels that are improperly packaged.

Step 2: Fill out the form.

Step 3: Print the Purolator waybill that was sent to you by Planète Courrier. Make sure the waybill sticks to the parcel properly. If there are several parcels, a waybill must be stuck to each one.

Step 4: Bring your parcel to your nearest Purolator shipping point.
